How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
  • must not be a special order or a custom order
  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately at 800-926-7344 or Carol@Carolspetcafe.com. Items that are defective and shipped from us or incorrect items that you received from us will qualify for a refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 50% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged, but have been opened and used and are no longer in "new, unused" condition. 

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if Carol's Pet Cafe is not at fault.

 How do I access Reward Points?

 To Redeem Rewards

 You will need to be signed into your Carols Pet Cafe account. Click the Reward launcher icon located on the right side of the screen, then Click on All Rewards. You will see a progress bar on the right next to the reward name.

 If there are enough reward points to spend, a REDEEM button will be highlighted. Click on the Redeem Button and it will take you to a page showing a Coupon Code to be used at checkout. You will be able to automatically apply the code to your checkout page.

Reward points are captured each time you make a purchase.  $20 in purchased merchandise = 1 Reward Point. 1 Reward point = $1 in Pet Cafe cash. You can apply the Reward Points like cash toward your Pet Cafe purchases.

Is Dr. Carol a Veterinarian?

Dr. Carol has her Doctorate in Animal Naturopathy. This is not the same as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.

Animal Naturopathy is the study of natural methods of caring for animals utilizing food, herbs, supplements and many healing modalities. The methods that are offered on this website, blog or personally by Carol are meant to be either used in place or or in conjunction with methods prescribed by a licensed Veterinarian.

Please check with your Veterinarian prior to utilizing new products, supplements or suggested solutions for your pet.

Are the CBD products offered on the Pet Cafe website from the USA?

Yes! All CBD related products are from the USA, have been screened for impurities and have 0.0% or less than 0.3% THC as mandated by the Farm Bill. They have been deemed safe to use by animals are advocated to assist with healing many troubling conditions such as pain, anxiety, digestive issues and more.
