Natural anti-seizure for dogs and cats

Buck Mountain Botanicals lepsilyte is a natural anti-seizure for dogs, and a natural remedy for cat seizures. It is also effective with other animals.

Discover natural relief for seizures in dogs and cats with Buck Mountain Botanicals Lepsilyte. Crafted with skullcap and valerian, this treatment offers gentle and effective care.

Unlocking the power of nature, Buck Mountain Botanical's natural treatment for seizures in dogs and cats is an herbal tincture blending the calming virtues of Valerian and Skullcap extracts.

Skullcap, with its antispasmodic and nervine properties, provides relief from spasms, tremors, and muscle twitching.

Valerian, also antispasmodic and nervine, acts as a natural sedative, promoting restful sleep without any narcotic effects.

Dosage guidance, tailored to your pet's weight and severity of symptoms, should be consulted with your holistic veterinarian.

For carnivores, such as dogs, administer the recommended Lepsilyte dosage on a slice of bread or in a thin meat patty.

This ensures easy ingestion.

For cats, a suggestion is to mix the dose with fish oil and incorporate it into wet cat food or raw meat.

For larger herbivores like cattle or horses, the dosage may differ, so it's crucial to seek professional advice.

Experience the holistic approach to seizure management, providing comfort and support through the potency of herbal remedies.

Oral dosages as given are for carnivores by body weight.

  • Suggested Dosage (per 40 lbs of animal’s weight.Check with your holistic Veterinarian):

Lepsilyte 1 ml. s.i.d (once daily) to q.i.d.(4 times per day) depending on severity

  • It is advised to dose low initially and adjust upward as the circumstances direct.

Do not scale up dosages for large herbivores by their weight. large herbivores, such as cattle or horses, usually require approximately twice or three times the dosage of a 200 lb carnivore.

To administer the Lepsilyte to dogs or cats

1. Cut up a slice of bread into 1″ squares.

2. Keep them in a baggie in the refrigerator to keep them fresh.

3. Keep a pound of raw ground meat in the refrigerator.

4. At medicine time, make a thin patty of the ground meat and place a bread square in the middle of the patty.

5. Measure the liquid dose and put it on the bread where it will quickly be absorbed. Roll the bread, with the medicine, up in a meatball and give it to you dog like a treat.

    Lepsilyte

    Beverly Schock

My 13 y.o. Cockapoo has been on Phenobarbitol (for 5 years) and also Gabapentin for 1 ½ years for cluster seizures. However he was getting progressively more sedated, ataxic, and clumsy with more frequent falls. With Vet approval, I began using Lepsilyte in place of the Gabapentin 2-3 weeks ago, and have noticed moderate improvement. Although he had 2 mild seizures 1 day last week (the same as when on the Gabapentin), he is definitely more alert, significantly less clumsy and now seldom falls on his walks. It is too early to determine, but I am hopeful that his seizures will be controlled as well as when on the Gabapentin but without the side effects. I also put him on a raw food diet (per Vet recommendation, so put the Lepsilyte into the thawed raw meat at each meal which works well. I am pleased with the product so far.

    Lepsylite

I found this website scrolling through the internet while pricing lepsilyte. Carol's Pet Cafe offered it in a bigger size, for less money. The bottle came securely packed and it arrived promptly. I've been using the product for about a month on my 5 year old golden retriever. He started having seizures every two weeks, and I read that lepsilyte can help. It's too early to say if it's helping, but I'm hopeful. I will continue to buy this product from this company.

I ordered Lepsilyte and received it quickly and packaged with care. Being a glass bottle they made sure there was no way it was going to break. The price was very affordable.

I've previously reviewed the Lepsilyte I buy for my dog. What I forgot to mention is the care that's taken in shipping the product, which is liquid in a glass bottle. It's so well padded and wrapped that I think you could drop it into the sidewalk from a 10th story window and it wouldn't break. Shipping is prompt, too.

My holistic vet recommended Lepsilyte as part of the "cocktail" we use to control my dog's seizures. We have had very good results for 2 years now.

    Great product for seizures

    Crystal Kanberg

My dog has been on it for quite a few years. Got kicked in the head by my one of my horses. Dog doesn't learn, but the medication works. I cut back a little when he has not had a seizure for a long time.
